Many unique applications for membrane materials
have originated from the need to help minimize the effects of civil
engineering projects of the surrounding environment. Membrane is being
used both on the land and in the sea to contain water pollution, prevent
soil erosion and stabilize the ground beneath landfills and reservoirs.
Our Civil Engineering Division actively seeks new materials and new
technologies which can increase the capabilities of membrane to protect
and enhance the environment. Products marketed by this division incorporate
technologies developed by Taiyo Group, as well as technologies obtained
from outside sources worldwide. |
